MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Each week will focus on different secular mindfulness techniques from the Unified Mindfulness system. Learn how to inject mindfulness into your day when it works for you, even during short amounts of time.

STRESS-BUSTING SELF MASSAGE

Self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls helps:

Each session will focus on different areas of the body, covering everything from head to toe. Learn techniques for using the therapy balls at the desk, on the road and at home.
