Bring your own yoga mat and make sure you bring a few layers of clothing as lower body temperature is a side effect of a down regulated nervous system. Blankets provided.
The Centering Space is easily accessible by transit. It is 1 block west of Broadview station and about half a block north of Danforth. There is also limited parking (6 spots), but street parking may be available.
