Fitness For Everyday Life

At work and play, your body needs to keep up and we’re here to help you take care of it before it breaks down. From Eastern to Western practices, we’ve curated a smart line-up of classes that are designed to get you moving, feeling and living better. Our approach is informed not only by yoga, but corrective exercise, self-care and stress reduction techniques. Myofascial release is also an important part of our approach in managing musculoskeletal issues that can often inhibit movement or cause pain.

All of our classes are suitable for everyone.

I look forward to each session as an opportunity to maintain and improve my personal wellness. What a difference it is has made in my life. - Rita D.

Total Body Care

Many of our classes include Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Method techniques, which emphasize safe and functional movements, combined with dynamic strengthening and stretching, therapeutic self-massage and breathing strategies. Together, they are the smartest and safest exercise therapies that we’ve come across as they empower YOU, the student, to understand your body better, so you can make better decisions when it comes to how you move through the world.

Yoga Tune Up is the perfect complement to all that you put your body through during the week. - Wanda H.

Mindfulness, Relaxation and Rest

Dude, you need to chill. Well, we all do so don’t feel bad. Life is busy so we need to maximise our skills at relaxing and recovering. Group meditation practice (Sundays 12:15) is free for all of our students. If you don’t know how to meditate, we’ll teach you. Our practice is focused on Unified Mindfulness, a user-friendly, skills based approach to meditation.

Each class helps you remember who you are, what you’re supposed to be, and what you could become, both mentally and physically. - Donna O.
