The Power of Self-Care

Take charge of your health and learn self-care strategies with the Roll Model® Method therapy ball massage. In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will be guided on a self-massage exploration of your own body from your head to your toes, excavating tension in your joints and tissues. The session will end with a blissful guided savasana. You will leave feeling relaxed and empowered with the tools to improve your posture, eradicate pain and enhance athletic performance. 

Join Jean Eng for this soothing and informative workshop on Saturday, September 24th from 3pm to 5:30pm. This is suitable for anyone and is a great compliment to many activities including yoga, running, cycling, cross-fit and more. 

Workshop fee: $50 / $40 for monthly members. Space is limited. Register in studio or online.
